We use priority mail to ship all orders. Usually takes 7-12 business days to the USA. The estimated delivery time for other countries. Please check this delivery page. and the shipment tracking information is available.
We require 24-72 hours to prepare your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! 
The estimated delivery time is between 7 to 12 business days to the USA and 6-10 business days to the United Kingdom. 10-30 business days for other countries. Please note any holiday and COVID-19 may affect the delivery times.

Order Status

No, you don't. You can simply click add to cart, and click PayPal check out as a guest. But if you register an account on our site, you will receive all updates on your order.

Once we have received your payment, your order status will be updated to paid, We will prepare your order within 24-72 hours, and it will show the order is under preparation. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will update your order status to shipped. Please check the message of this order status in the table below.

One Year Repair Warranty
We offer the default product warranty period is one year, starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer.
