Order Status
No, you don't. You can simply click add to cart, and click PayPal check out as a guest. But if you register an account on our site, you will receive all updates on your order.
Log into " My Account " ;
Click " View Your Order History " ;
Once we have received your payment, your order status will be updated to paid, We will prepare your order within 24-72 hours, and it will show the order is under preparation. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will update your order status to shipped. Please check the message of this order status in the table below.
You will see the tracking number and tracking link in the order status comment table once your order is shipped. You will also receive an order status notification email with a tracking number and tracking link for your order.
If you placed the order as a guest, you will receive an email that includes an order ID. Please contact our customer support to check your order status with your ID number or Transaction ID.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our support team to cancel it within 24 hours. Please note that we can't cancel a shipped order.
